For a brief moment after I read "i just bought Echelon" and until I read further, I was hoping you meant Echelon. There's even a new fansite under construction...

Torak: Game du Jour basically translates to "game of the day"... but I'm pretty sure you know that, rendering this post irrelevant.

Posted on August 16, 2008 at 12:00 am CST
Regular Price: $9.95
Game du Jour Price: $4.97

(Discount ends today at midnight Central Time)

Windows simulation game by AE4RV.com

Nuclear Power Plant Simulator is a fun way to learn how atomic energy works and what happens in the control room. You are in control of a small commercial nuclear power plant. Your object is to produce as much electricity as you can without causing a MELTDOWN. You will run the plant to it's limits but be careful not to push it too hard or damage and warning lights will appear. Many things can go wrong if you are not careful. If you don't push the plant too hard it will not break down, but your energy output and rating will be lower. Try to find the balance between efficient energy production and safe handling of the equipment.

Someone on GameFAQs likened it to Uplink. I'm broke, or I'd buy it and try it out for you.

I thought this topic was about French Games.

Or the lack thereof.

Well... De Jour means "Of the Day"

Then again I guess I am used to seeing people say and spell French words without it having any significant meaning. In fact I usually say "Excuse me" in French.

Anyhow France is closing the gap and are creating a few shows with their own unique style (FREAKISHLY Rectangle bodyhair!)
