Gordon Freeman isn't black.

EDIT: I think perhaps you are thinking of Morgan Freeman?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Yep, Gordon Freeman most certainly is not black. And when it comes to zombies, he prefers a gravity gun and loose table saw blades to using a crowbar.

Morgan Freeman would survive the Apoc. His voice would soothe the zombies so thoroughly they would lose all desire to eat humans forever.

Yeah, but crowbar's still his trademark, right (or at least the thing he's always drawn with).

That's because the crowbar is relatively lightweight. Standing absolutely still with a +20kg gravity gun for an hour while you are being drawn is extremely tiresome!

So is standing on one foot while keeping your center of gravity way, way off that foot.

Man, this thread is far too big for it's own good. Does anyone know of a "Zombie Survival" roguelike? I don't know why, but I got a hankering for one.

Things like Resident Evil and L4D are nice, yes, but much too linear. Open-ended, unpredictable, desperate, difficult, that seems like a zombie game to me.

I checked Rogue Basin, and there's one called The Dawn of the Dead.

The text is in Spanish, apparently.

that as a human version without being airborn.

Because there is no way to cure a virus. IIRC, there are anti-fungal drugs capable of eliminating fungus infections, anti bacterial drugs, and anti parasite drugs. The best one can do with a virus is slow it down.
