What about the fact that most of the dead people would be infected, and that you'd need the aid that the still-living can provide?

I think that the implication is that starvation could create a form of zombie apocalypse, except it is just cannibals, with no back from the dead status...

A cannibal apocalypse is easy: Let them eat cake!

Or maybe a boredom apocalypse because a favorite game sequel doesn't come out in time.

I designed an amazing anti-zombie weapon today. I call it the Killfucker 900. It requires about 400 pounds of steel to make, but it basically works like so: Load suns into launch tube. Fire suns at enemies. Rejoice in their terror.

You're firing suns with 400 pounds of steel?

Erm, loading stars into a device might not be healthy.
Being anywhere near a steel structure in contact with a star might not be healthy.
Remaining on the same planet as a star might not be healthy.
Black holes are are more fun.

But still not healthy.

See, it's totally ingenious. My friend came up with it actually, while he was drunk. The way he described it, it worked pretty well. The problem comes up where the only lubricant able to take enough stress off the mechanisms and such, is unicorns blood mixed with the tears of orphans.

Actually, the orphans were the hard part. We found some unicorns playing a pick-up game with the trolls and leprachauns. We pretended to be nurses collecting blood for the Red Cross and they all donated.

This thread is not about Unicorns and Orphans, nor is it about Nurses or blood.  Okay, maybe sometimes blood, but seriously guys.

I'd be more concerned as to how you;

A: Move a sun with 400 pounds of steel.
B: Keep the steel cool enough so it doesn't vapourize.
