Yes, because your number one concern during a zombie outbreak is getting caught and imprisoned.

Gawd, I've been watching zombie survival videos on Youtube. Some of these people don't have a CLUE!! I'm considering directing my own (tip #1, don't prepare JUST for zombies, be ready for aliens, natural disasters, and Soviet paratroopers too). I want to restart my forum game now too.
Damn.

I put foward the tank idea somewhere in the first few pages. The biggest concern is if one's city lacks a convient armor depot (there aren't too many of them, no?). I think that we can agree on the fact that the so-called zombie threat is pretty minamal once well-suplied profesional soldiers arive. The problem we're confronted with, therefore, is if our areas are within the ground zero or are infected in the opening moves of the disaster.

Feel free to drop by Worder, I'll probably be holed up in the giant ass Scheels in Fargo. Expect to see massive kill-zones nearby. Range is God.

We need to plan ahead.

First, lets all choose one place where we can easily defend and get too, with supplies.

Secondly, loot stores for food/guns/everything(bikes, gas, etc)

So...where would that be?

The giant Scheels. Seriosly. Go to the second floor, all of the staircases are in one easy to block place. Lots of non-perishable food, and tons of guns.

And a Ferris Wheel!!

Well, LA is gonna be ready for the zombies. Why?

Because we have about as many gang members as Wyoming has people. And you know who's likely to have assault rifles? Those gang members.

And we have nicer, sunnier beaches than fucking Florida over there on the WRONG SIDE of the continent. And we have a lot fewer ugly people than most places. That's always good.

So let's meet in LA. Beaches, gang war, pretty zombies.

Seeing how National Guard Armories have at best, 2-3 soldiers on duty on downtime and that their weapons in the armory is usually about 80 miles away from the munitions dump they draw ammo from... it would be trivial to steal one during peacetime.

anyways, if there are any living, organized National Guardsman at the depot there will not be any need for me to steal a tank because they'd all be out running over crowds of zombies, throwing recently emptied beer cans, and blasting Southern-Rock garbage at full volume from their PA system and I'd not be needed in such a situation. I don't think I'd try to steal a tank when the Armory is moblized due to zombies, but I would sure make it my goal if the ANG is defunct.

I mean. Why rely on a 85' Datsun Pick-Up when you could procure a tank if its available?

I would so make a trip up to Fargo if I had a clear away, but only if I was sure I couldn't blow the fuck out of any undead bastards trying to take over my town.

We don't have alot of gun nuts around here, but me and my friends are all for killing zombies in the name of good.

I'll drag whoever I gathered around me out of town in some stripped down, light weight trucks, with supplies, ammo, and other such things
Thats right, WorkerDrone is so badass he can drive multiple trucks at once.
