This can lead to some unfortunate placements.

Please elaborate.

I'd assume he just means a bunch of human migrants in a dwarven mountainhome, or some kobolds settling in a cave right next to a town just because it's the only cave in the world.

Or maybe it's more interesting, like a bunch of migrants being dumped inside of a volcano.

I killed a goblin spearmaster that was wearing two elf bone bracelets, one for each of his kills during world gen. If the demon has been busy, it can sometimes be weighed down by such trinkets.

So worldgen will now give successful warriors kill-appropriate trinkets and trophys?  That is so cool.  Finally, my mountain of skull-totems might have a purpose.

I can't wait to slay some pimped out demons and jack me some elf-bone bling.  Urist McAdventurer be ballin' up in the Torturous Tower.

Which raises a question- Has the trinket equipment system been sorted out yet?  Collecting rings from the bones of my slain enemies becomes less cool when I have to stuff them all on my right thumb.

Highly succesful warrior has many trinkets, but not because they are pretty, but because they are used as throwing weapons.  8)

Edit.
Oh, and Toady, is it possible that succesful warriors take their victim's trophies? It would be quite cool to have a kitten bone ring that has been carried as trophy by many, many warriors.

I wonder about a much more mundane matter. Are the trinkets and bits of jewellery still the only items except food to always be sold without any sort of enhancement, and always of default quality? In human town shops, I mean.

What Sean just said... kinda makes me wonder if they will ever bother to enhance their own bracelets...

I mean... They might as well add some studs of gold and maybe some Jewels or Diamonds to their ring made of the bones of that elf who managed to chop off the demon's pinky finger

For some reason all this demon talk made me wonder: where do the goblin demons come from? It would be cool if demons had tattoos of their most epic battles.

Will races build their own buildings on captured sites? Say goblins putting up a tower in a conqured human town or humans making a village on the surface of a captured dwarf site?

Someday I hope to sneak up to the top of a goblin fortress, assassinate the leader, and then build another fortress on top of it.  Without killing any other goblins.

In his latest updates, he's put a steadily decreasing number before his update?

Is that progress toward the bugcap?  When it's 0 will we have our new version?!

That's what you get for giving yourself a name similar to Cthulhu.
