Someone has an attitude problem...
« on: July 18, 2008, 01:17:28 am »

I had just started a fortress and started cutting into the mountain when I noticed a dwarf that was very unhappy. No one was dead, and I was completely puzzled, until I took a look at her relationships...

For the record, she is an ardent worshiper of a god of inspiration.

Hehe, on the plus side: noone will miss her if she has an accident.

Could you post her personality screen?

I wish we could have murders based on grudges on fortress mode. It looks like at least goblins do it all the time in world gen. :)

Ditto this. I haven't had a dwarf quite this unpopular yet, and I want to see what she's made of.

She went stark raving mad by the start of summer and died of dehydration. The gods of the begrudged dwarves are; War & fortresses, travelers, and volcanoes and mountains. The two she doesn't hate worship a god of wealth and a god of jewels minerals and metals.

Doesn't help or compromise with others, and doesn't like work. In addition, she seeks thrills and prefers tradition and familiar routines.

Greaat. "You have to do it my way because thats the way its done and I don't feel like it!" plus "I'mm boorrreeeeeddd.."

Sounds like it's for the best.

Just like my recent, Baroness Consort going berserk for no ascertainable reason in the last version - right nexk to an armed marksdwarf, too, Armok be praised. That was satisfying, and saved me having to build a new set of rooms for the Captain of the Guard.  ;D

Maybe I made her tomb too nice...

Wow. I have never thought it's even possible. I'm usually insanely happy when I have two grudges for thirty dwarves.

I'm at a loss as to which social archetype or celebrity personality would best be mocked by equating them with this dwarf in a snarky manner.
