[39b] Deconstructing wall removes natural floor

If you construct a wall on top of another constructed wall with a natural floor in between, deconstructing the top wall removes the floor as well (you are left with block floor instead of cavern floor). Deconstructing the bottom wall then leaves you with open space on the top floor. Removing the bottom wall first does not result in this behavior.
