Can't find a token...
« on: July 16, 2008, 02:11:07 pm »

I'm trying to edit the raws so I could play as a bronze collosus in adventure mode, but I can't find the appropriate tag on the wiki. Could someone help?

In recent versions, playable creatures have required entire civilizations unto themselves.  Set up a new entity in the entity_default.txt, and give it basics like starting/preferred biomes, settlement type (I recommend caves, it keeps them out of the way), and some basic pop numbers.  I'm not sure if you need anything more than that, just look at the other entities and find what seems essential.  After that, give it the [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE] tag so you can use the "Play Mow!" feature.  That works even if the rest of the entity dies out.

Oh, and remember to give colossi the [CAN_LEARN] token.  I makes adventuring as one so much more interesting.
