Alas, there *does* seem to be a mild catastrophe. Narcolepsy.
Sleeping dwarves never wake up in fortress mode (or reclaim mode). I've just generated and run two worlds. Once they go to sleep, they're doomed.

Must be some hella comfortable beds :)

Just stick in the [NO_SLEEP] tag.

Anyway, I notice that food seems to rot extremely quickly now.
I brought like 100 barrels of meat with me to a new fort and they all rotted away, even though they were IN BARRELS and IN A STOCKPILE. Also, any food merchants bring is also rotten. This is a major problem.

Hauling seems to have disappeared from the job list.

I was like, ha, this looks like a pretty dumb and boring game. I was so wrong. Gentlemen, I have discovered true fun.

Hauling seems to have disappeared from the job list.

I noticed this too. Very strange. Intentional? Perhaps. But I would think it might interfere with other jobs getting done. Hrmrmrmrm.

I also tried to make a highly volcanic map, since the idea is that the world is young.  I kept getting rejects because vulcanism isnt evenly distributed, but i have not figured out how to fix it yet.

This is the problem I've run into whenever I try to set high degrees of volcanism, savagery, or rainfall.  Trying to make a Hot Lava Jungle Planet here!

Is there any way to know wich civilisation is hostile against you when in adventurer mode ?

Also, I wonder if something has been made about the health care system.

Not quite a bug (I think), but I found a named Giant Desert Scorpion in the middle of the forest on my way to fight a named Grizzly Bear.  Can named creatures leave their biomes?

Just quicky made my first world and started an adventurer. The town I started in had a temple, named The Church of Drinking. As the (atheist) Finnish alcoholic I am, I have to say that THAT is a church even I could frequent.

Ah...  Glorious new version, and glorious new bugs.  This is the dawning of a new era, my friends.

Brilliant work.

If I get my worldgen to being checking for beast percentage in 2, and set it to end at 125, the worldgen time goes down by ATLEAST ten minutes, thanks to the very little amount of culling it does.

Someone should edit their earliest post in this thread to point out that the latest version is not working, and that we should not delete old versions yet, unless wanting to mess with world editing.

I'm sure everyone is ready to wait patiently for a fix Toady, get as much sleep and take as much time as you need.

We need some time to wrap up our current affairs in the last version anyways, so we're going to be occupied in the time it takes for you to use your electronic pesticide.

Well, are you going to tell it where it can and can't go? :)
