Changes

Okay, here's the new version.  You can do various things with world generation, though not much has changed with the regular game.  If you go into the world generation advanced parameters and start designing/drawing your own world, please keep in mind that you'll probably end up getting infinite reject cycles -- you can turn on the reject log in data/init/init.txt to see what's going wrong.  Oftentimes you'll be violating biome restrictions (you can just go through any that you find and 'n'ullify them to solve this problem).  As usual, let me know if it crashes and how to make it crash if it does -- I suspect there are new problems of all sorts lurking within every part of the game, despite having fixed more than 100 bugs for this version.

Save compatibility is a little iffy this time around -- there have been extensive changes to the mid-level maps, so it might get confused about the biome of a particular tile...  and worse.  I haven't noticed anything in limited messing around with old saves, but there will very likely be problems.

I'm going to bed pretty soon, so if there are catastrophic problems, you'll probably have to sit on them for many, many hours.

edit:  I've also got pages and pages of notes that I didn't get to that I'll be sorting into dev sometime...  so there might also be a lot of grumpy "yeah, yeah, I know" over the next few days as well.

I've been waiting for this since you announced that bit about the editor. I'm gonna spend the rest of the day creating horrible death worlds, hehehehe.

I can't seem to find any such thing, sadly. Blastdamn.

EDIT: I think it might be hidden somewhere in the advanced parameters section.

Is that a swamp cutting a road?  They weren't doing it until maybe two days ago, when I saw one and ignored it.  I guess it's broken for some reason.  There was this part that should specifically dry them up...  maybe it died when I fixed the bridges or something.

It takes hella long compared to what it used to, but just generate a smaller world and you'll be fine.

EDIT: Ok, maybe not hella long, but still substantially longer.

My computer's genning it fine.  I couldn't find the advanced parameters, can someone tell me where it is?

Also, my world's going through the same legend stages as before. Is that normal?  Does it take something big to get an age name?

EDIT:  I was running 38c somehow.  Oops.
