So now that I've got a ton of dwarves, is there any way to sort by a specific skill?  I'm looking for my best gem setter, and my 'U' list of dwarves isn't showing anyone with gem setting as their highest skill.

Once you do find him u-c-p-z-y-p and name him in bold "GEMSTER".

If gem-related crafts are his highest skill, then he should show up as a green dwarf on the 'u' menu. Alternatively, you could make a gem shop, go to the workshop 'P'rofile, and set the minimum skill level to a high enough level, set up a job, and eventually he'll show up.

As far as renaming goes, I used to do it the way pancho does it, but it turns out u-v-y-p is easier.
