I bet elven wrestlers would be a lot more interesting if you modded their main attack to be biting. Besides that, the elves seem to have adopted the ninja skills of the elephants. Makes sense. First it was the elephants, then the carp, now the elves. They're connected. Don't you see? It all makes sense now. Elves are the spawn of elephants and carp. The best traits have been given forth. They have evolved!
how long would it take for them to become immune to lava??? whats next? it wont be long before they even surpass the dwarven atom smasher! we are DOOMED! RUN! DROP YOUR MINCED PLUMP HELMET ROAST AND RUN!!!!

Simple, turn off temperature, immunity to lava ;)

And don't bother with your plump helmet roast, just build a wall ;)

Lets see how the elves will face against you when you use all the trees you cut down to build a gaint wall of wood.  And just for fun tell your catapults to luanch out the rotting corspes of animals you slaughtered while cutting down the forest.

See, that's what brings elves to their carnivorous state. You chop down all their apple trees, so the starving elves, whom have never heard of birth control, attack your fort because they have nothing left to live for. And when they are done tossing themselves on your defenses and somehow overcome you, they are naturally hungry, and some pointy-eared freak suggests giving "poetic justice" and Blam! You have carnivore elves.

It is finally nice though to see the elves getting their revenge after so many of their diplomats and carvans died at the hands of the mamga gods.

Are apples even in the game at this point, or any food that grows on trees?

I'm fairly certain they are not.

All my furniture is made from wood. :D
That is a good step 1, but it won't be ready until it is also encrusted with Elf Bone.

Waait a minute. Before this release, what did elves live on? Plants are taboo. Animals are taboo. Elves aren't bloodthirsty and vengeful, they're just trying to stay kosher.

Trees are taboo. I think they probably ate natures bounty (berries, fruits, wolf turds, etc.) and dulled any excess hunger or bordem by smoking the rest.

Friggin hippies.

Ya know, i have several modded creatures into my game, such as a lame excuse for a vampire, and (my friend's idea) an aracnathid creature, with human upper body, but spider lower-half...both evil...
So, i'm playing adventure mode on the new version, and there are dwarves guarding the aracnathids now!
So, the lines of good and evil are blurred. But the point of my story is, the elves were the only creatures to automaticly attack me! We seriously need a race of orcs devoted to the task of wiping the flesh eating elves off the maps!
