Dwarf Foreman

I'm on version 38c and cannot get Dwarf Foreman to work.  I changed the config file to the values listed at http://www.dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Utilities

When I run the .exe from the DF folder, nothing happens.  I'm on Vista, running the game with the standard 800x600 that it comes with.  Any ideas?

Literally, nothing happens.  No screens pop up, no error messages, nothing.

Try using it with administrator rights, eg. right-click and run as administrator.

Run it through the command console, there should be some message.
