Ammonia?

That will dissolve in the water in the nasal passage to create a strong alkali...

It WILL clear your nose, but I doubt its good for you...

Ammonia is pretty toxic.  It'd probly do more harm than good.

Menthol is a good one.  If you can get your hands on some biofreeze, that's basically concentrated menthol - it'd clear your nasal passages and probably do your headache some good as well.  My surefire cure for headaches is Excedrin Migraine + a long nap...  Time cures all.  :)

In the next version, your little fat dudes can get stomped by elephants on different Z planes!  And not only that, but you can select from far more varied locations to get stomped in--you can get stomped by elephants by the seashore, stomped by elephants in a volcano, stomped by <strike>elephants</strike> "woolly mammoths" on a glacier, stomped by elephants in the desert...  truly, Dwarf Fortress is becoming the most detailed and realistic getting-stomped-by-elephants simulator ever devised.

Get well, get well soon, we wish you to get well!

Taking a nap when you have a headache and can't breath nasaly? That sounds like torture to me. (I mean, even more tortury(:P) than just the headache and lack of nasal breath)

But what do I know?
Everything I say should be taken with atleast 1 tsp. of salt, and another liter of Dwarven Wine is recommended.

The headache's mostly gone now.  Kind of at the stage where the nose is still acting up and I just feel sort of icky, but I can say to myself, "Well, I might be better tomorrow."

Mid-sleep delusions/hallucinations?

Most people call those dreams. At least, that I'm aware of.

I'm gonna go to sleep in a bit, so we'll see, but it looks more like it is just migrating down to my chest.  I thought the illness was over with a few hours ago, but now I'm coughing.  At least it's easier to work when I don't have a headache, so I managed to knock some things off today.
