My current adventurer: Gomux Blightcry the Lustrous Abyss of Cyclones (earned everything after the "the") who waded into a super-dense goblin fortress (thanks, Legendary Lands mod).

He charges one marksgoblin to grab him by the throat.  Smashes a fist through his skull.  Grabs one of his bolts and spins around, throwing through the skull of another goblin bowman.  Draws his sword (which deals burning damage, also from the mod), vaporizing the torsos of two melee goblins flanking him.  Throws the sword at a goblin master thief (dealing very little damage).  Picks up the crossbow of the goblin beneath him, then hits the demon that had been approaching all this time.  The demon flew back 32 (!!) tiles off a cliff before exploding against the side of one of the tower walls.

Of course, the race I'm playing is a little powerful, but I still think this was all very awesome.   ;D

A total Leonidas moment. Worthy of the dwarf version of 300. :P

I had a reeeally good adventurer.
Full adamantine, but no weapons.

I only threw things.

I was such a good thrower, I killed a person by throwing water at them.

I was training a legendary axedwarf by having him chase some random animals. My trapper was doing roughly the same but far less effective as he was pummeling them with his non-legendary fists. He starts to chase a deer just as my soldier attaks a wolf. The first hit mangles the upper body and sends the wolf flying backwards towards the trapper. Then the deer walks onto the screen without the trapper chasing it so i zoom to him and see that he's stunned amidst a pile of wolf limbs. I counted 17 tiles distance.

That fort later failed because the entire 33 dwarf strong militia army (out of 52) drowned themselves trying to charge a gob in a pool while the rest of the siege snuck past and butchered everybody important.

Heh. I threw a guard 30 tiles by throwing him by his pinky. He broke all his arms and legs, as well as bruuising his brain and spine. Ow.

Also, How do you gouge people's eyes out?

If both your hands are full (like with a weapon and shield), put away one first so you have a free hand. Then use your free hand to grab their head. You should see more options then. You can't do it with other limbs, only hands.

Having a grand time slaughtering dark elves in their fortress, their high priest issued a challenge to me only to have his neck flung off in a bloody arc immediately after.   :P  I also knocked one of them backwards about five tiles with one of the bronze coins that was laying around.  For reasons unknown, there's an image of cheese carved onto it.  :-\

And now I've managed to pierce both the left lung and the heart of a random drow with a rope reed loincloth.   ;D  I love this game.

A demon surprised me from behind and knocked me over, I had my bow out at the time and I now had a goblin in close combat as well.
I block several of the demon's attacks and then the goblin gets a lucky hit, battering my upper body.
I have tons of iron arrows, which slow me down quite a bit. So I stood up, dropped my quiver and my bow and drew my sword. After that it was all epic awesomeness.  ;D
Neither of them landed a hit on me, I kept blocking the demon's fire breath and the goblin's lame attempts at attacking. I wasn't having much luck hitting the demon so I attack the goblin, piercing his lungs, heart, liver, upper spine and sending him flying away.
Soon after that I get a lucky hit on the demon, piercing both lungs and getting my sword stuck in his chest.

He bled out shortly after while I fought off more goblins that had come by.

My character is an Elf with 1600+ speed, besides a couple naps in the water all of his training was in combat with goblins.  My best (mostly) legit character so far.

There was that time I took my multi-multi-multi legendary shield user equipped with several dozen shields into the middle of an elven forest retreat, hacked off the high priests head, and waited. Every guard that tried to attack was counterstriked into oblivion almost immediately; all the archers unloaded their entire quivers without managing a single hit. I completely wiped out the retreat without taking a single step. ;)

Had to be the time my axeman and a spearman companion were poking around a cave in search of a cyclops... or... something (was a while back).  We somehow managed to dispatch a good half-dozen GCS... before my companion and I were mauled by giant bats.  I think it was bats...

You grab The wolf by the throat with your left hand!
You hack at The wolf in the head with your -Iron short sword-!
The head flies off in a bloody arc!
The wolf has been struck down.

I meant to choke it to death, but forgot to change my attack preferences.  However, this scene was made even more gruesome by the fact that I had cut off all of this wolf's limbs (LR, RR, LF, RF), its right ear and its tail immediately prior to this and it was still alive.  I was also surrounded by its eviscerated brethren and plenty of vomit.  You can just imagine the evil grin as the shadowed figure lifts the disfigured wolf into the air above him by the neck and then brings his sword across his victim right above his hand in a bloody final blow.

This game sometimes surprises me with how visceral and violent it can be.

Just took on an entire human town. Sure, others have done it, but did they do it with a bad hip?

Apparently, if you kill a drunk in a dungeon with no one looking, the humans still learn of it. I went back to the town after killing the minotaur, and the mayor challenged me, so I exploded his lower body with my iron mace. I left, and found two ghost towns, where I got some good equipment(such as a really nice iron shield). Anyways, entered anothe human town, and the mayor challenges me. Apparently the incident with the other mayor reached his ears.

Next thing I know, a drunk charges me, and I dodged...right off the second floor into the first floor, where I broke my left hip. In the end, the entire village came to kill me, and I couldn't stand up. However, that didn't stop "Ibid Bitepeaces the Curious Echo" from killing 17 of them, including the Mayor and five children. In fact, the only reason he died was he got over-exerted.

Once, I was playing as a walrus (I maded it so that I can play them, cuz I wuv them so) and was wandering around a goblin tower, sneaking about.

A goblin accosts me, swinging a sword at me, and i bodyslam him, breaking his leg. Next, I pierce his skull with a tusk. I take his crown, and wear it.

I continue searching for golbins to harm bodily, when an arrow pierces my torso, doing minimal damage. I grasp the arrow in my maw, and huck it back at the goblin, gouging out both of his eyes, afterwards he collapses from pain, and I tusk him to death. Smothered in blood, vomit, and water (it is now raining) i continue up to the top of the tower.
A bolt flys past my head, and I fall to the ground and crawl at the goblin, however it pierces my heart, and with my last, dying breaths, I throw myself at the goblin, knocking him backwards, startling him. I fall off the tower and explode, spraying walrus bits across the goblins below.
Awesome.

Somebody with some artistic talent needs to draw this right now.

Walruses... why didn't I think of that?

Modding in walrusmen now.
