Story:Mince-Meat, as he was nicknamed by all his friends for what he did to Mountain Goats, was a butcher for a little known outpost up North. Everything was fine until the stupid miner dug into the nearby brook.
The water spread past the staircase to the surface, and we didn't have any picks, so all we could do was lock the door and hope for rescue.
Only Dwarves left were Mince-Meat him/herself, the cook and the brewer. Mince-Meat had a slight Grudge on both of them, after long arguments about food preperation styles.
Food supplies were growing thin, so they began to slaughter the animals. First the dogs, Mince-meat never liked dogs... Always so needy... Then the cows, then the mustocks. Mince-Meat didn't mind, it gave him something to do. But then they wanted the cats to be killed. Mince-Meat did so, with disguist, what did these poor little kittens do? They killed rats and spiders to be cooked! But did the cook ever listen... No... he didn't... Then they wanted to kill Mince-Meat's own little kitten, WhiteFeet. Mince-meat didn't want that... But they insisted...
A butcher's knife is sharp... And they insisted...
A few months later, Mince-Meat was found slowly stroking his cat, his only Friend, in a pile of bones... The Royal Guard, whom was sent with his troop to find out why the settlement was refusing to send volunteers against the elves, found the tunnels flooded, and pumped the water out, saw Mince-Meat and began to walk towards him, before WhiteFeet got in his way. He kicked the cat savagely out of his way. WhiteFeet hit the wall. And she wasn't moving... When the Guards found their companion, he was being skinned ever so skillfully by the strange Butcher.
They should have killed Mince-Meat there and then, but the leader of the group, a beaurocratic Son Of A Hydra, ordered that he be sent to a prison camp for sentencing.
Mince-Meat only asked if he could take his cat.
I think that may have been a little bit on the longside, oh well
