One Dwarf Against the World is here now.

It makes me sad that it says "Read 1 time" and that was me!

Anyway, I was thinking of writing a new story come next release, and so I was going to check out the stories linked to in this topic to gauge where the Dwarf Fortress literary community has gone since the olden days, but most of the older links don't work! Oh well, I can still read the newer stuff.

DoctrZombie has been happy lately. He admired a masterwork poorly drawn webcomic lately. He wrote about a community fortress recently.

I fixed "One Dwarf Against the World"

I'm pretty sure that is the last link that needed to be fixed. If you find any others let me know ^^

This is up to everyone to decide, not just myself, but could "Zaneg Thazor: Armok Reincarnate" go up on the list as well?

[Healthcare Update Thread] Personally, I can't wait for doctors to get possessed and start surgically attaching axes to champion soldier's arms.

I cannot view most of them... It says unable to connect to server or something. Its only the ones that are index.php. EDIT: I just realized that they were just the ID numbers of the post... I just manually typed them in instead.

I suppose I'm just bumping this, but honestly, it deserves it.

Jamini, I would never do that (the links seem to work alright for me), but I do think it's a good idea to have such great stories at the top of the forum.

I agree, a list like this would be very nice to have near the top.

Anyways, I'd like to submit

'The Epic of Sodel Uir' (I think that was the spelling)

I realize it is incomplete but I for one loved reading it and wish it were worked on more. It's great reading.

What about Ulogeshud, the last dwarves in the world?

A well written, truly generational community fortress.

It'd be unethical for Jamni to put his own fort here, unless we were to all pester him about it.
