I decided to post an updated list because newb hasn't done so yet. So we are waiting on GeneralValter, I'm going to send him a message, if not we can either decided to move on to the next person or take a vote at what we should do from here.

Ok I have sent General Valter two messages and I am pretty sure he has been active in the last four days. I think it is time to call up our next ruler Lumen you're up unless Valter posts something by the end of today. Unless someone else has something to say?

Ok so it looks like Valter is definitely gone. If any of those guys do show back up and want to play should they get priority and be the next in line or should we throw them to the end? Up to you guys.
