There are no hot days in America, and the streets are paved with ice! (You best know this reference)

To me, there are three types of hot: Hot, desert and Queensland.

Hot hot is what we expect: its hot but a bit breezy at times. A good day in other words.

Desert hot is also what you expect: you can fry an egg on concrete and the road melts. Bad, but bearable.

What you DON'T expect is Queensland hot. Its wild and changes almost everyday so you can't prepare. Humidity is the worst part, any more and you have to be underwater. You can almost DRINK the air! Its horrible!

Currently importing that into Victoria it seems.

Heh... over here in Perth, it's just alternating between hot hot, or cool and humid. Rather bizarre. Australia day was a stinker though... yay for pool parties!

Oh sweet Jesus yes. Gods above it was 45 today. NZ WOULDNT DO THIS. NZ CARED.

In Australia we have a different sun. In Australia, the sun is an evil, heartless S.O.B. which will glare at you until you die.
What's a sun?
I've heard that they have those in other places.
Here in the UK, we have a sort of luminous grey murk in the sky.
It makes rain as well.

I'll stay in San Diego, thanks. A super hot day here is 100f, and a super cold one is 50f.

It is currently 65f outside, at 9:30 in the morning.

I feel for you all.

I saw your temperature plight on the news yesterday Mayday. I think this is the first time I've preferred the weather here in NZ. ;D

Snow? Don't be silly Haika, with the cold we've had lately, some of our snow would send Australia into an ice age. I think a little jar of air should keep his house cool enough to update for a month or so ;D

Seriously though, it hit -25 here without windchill last week (that's -32 celcius or so). I think with the windchill it was -30 (-35 c)

Melbourne had the best ( if not the most consistent) weather. Mostly in the 20s except when it wasn't and desired to hit 30 or10 and then change again. If you don't like he weather in Melbourne wait 5 minutes.

I'm in Charleston, South Carolina.  It's rainy and mildly cool at the moment.  Should be around 27 degrees F tonight, though.
