Nist akath does not deserve to be on the second page!
in fact, it should always be on the first page! every millisecond of the day!
In addition it should be mandatory for all new users to read at least 20 pages of nist akath before signing up!

looking at this thread, it seems like already 50% of all people who sign up only did after they read this

I don't think that Nist should be stickied. It's important, but if we were to stickie every important thread there wouldn't BE a first page. Anyway, sense Legendary Stories was stickied, there will always be a link to Nist Akath on the top.
