If there's a Dark Tower at Blackpool it would have to a smaller version of one built by the frogmen to the south.

And you don't have to be Australian to regard Blackpool as far enough north to count as "the frozen wastes"...

I'd like a dwarf called Maggarg, preferably with sword, shield and armour skills.
If you need anything to go on for personality, he's a hardened adventurer, a kleptomaniac, and so northern he could be from the north pole.
You know, strong accent, calls everyone a shandy-drinking southener, that sort of thing.
