QuakeIV has been upset lately. He has been sickened by the sun recently, he has been accosted by terrible vermin recently, he has admired own fine bed recently, he has been disgusted by miasma lately, he hasnt had a good update in far, far too long.

Today is my birthday, next week I'm travelling interstate. The build up to both these events has been substantial. Also, I've been holding IRC RP more than playing DF, and the missus got Sims3 the other day, so my time on the desktop pc (the only machine capable of running Nist Akath in my house) has been next to nil.

i love how an incredible amount of pure tantrum spiral was building up then as soon as everyone hears it's captain maydays birthday, they all get really happy and start giving him cookies.

Limul Thak is ecstatic. He recently celebrated a noble's birthday, and wished him a "Happy Birthday!". He was beginning a tantrum lately. He has been suffering depression lately. He has slept in a pool of filth lately.

It's amazing how much a birthday can matter. :)
