Yeah. My wording might've been a little confusing there but feedback always being good was what I basically meant.

The warriors of Nist Akath are truly amazing. I wonder how many adventurers you'd need to take a single one down?

I have no idea. Frankly, any one of the older heroes could probably beat an army of colossi by themselves.

I can name those who aren't.
BingBing, Acama, Scorpios, Etur, plus the new arrivals, obviously.

Also, the Captain is not technically a champion.

Yeah, he's more like a demi-god.

...Poor goblins.

so it's quicker to name who isn't a champion? awesome, and the Cap'n has to be closer to a demigod than a champion.

Captain's Log. 18th of Limestone.
Doren's lad Vabok had a close call today. For some reason he was retrieving something from a goblin corpse, possibly its skull or something.

In any case, he was set upon by goblin lashers.

Fortunately, the boy is quite speedy, and fled them as they ambushed him, leading their group straight into our lethal traps, causing the deaths of quite a number of them.

Nah, the chasm I allowed myself because I created one by mere accident. I won't add magma unless it happens to make an appearance on its own, in which case, it is unlikely to require me to add it in.

Haha, I love it how everyone who comes to Nist Akath rapidly gets used to tragedy.

I'm reasonably certain its because the entire area outside the walls is littered with various corpses.

Cap'n, you forgot Penguino the macedwarf!

Also, is every dwarf taken? Because some of the names you use (recently, Vabok) sound like the default dwarven names. If they aren't taken, I want one of the legendary children rather than a maceman. Named Penguino, please.

On another topic, is this the only fort to have ever become this absurdly powerful?

Captain's Log. 15th of Sandstone.
Today the obscurely named Tskiller, one of our valued stonecrafters, began muttering to himself in an unsettling manner.
He claimed a mason's workshop down in the lake chamber and set about going to work.

Not every dwarf is taken. Just a large number of them.
I'm a little hesitant to go changing the names of well known fortress members, but I can give you legendary children, since I haven't noted about half the births by now.

Captain's Log. 10th of Timber.
Tskiller is done with his masterpiece.
He has dubbed it the Awe-Inspiring Bent Blades, a statue of calcite encrusted with golden beryls, decorated with cat leather and encircled with bands of emerald and green glass. It has a load of spikes made from rope reed and cat leather, and has an image of thick crescents in calcite, with another image of two helms in rope reed.

Not sure what the motivation for this is, but it's certainly an obscure piece of work.
