Captain's Log. 18th of Obsidian.
Apparently a trend amongst the youth of today, now Keller and Zangief's boy Fikod has taken it upon himself to take over a crafts shop and begin taking random (valuable) junk from all over the fortress with the intent of turning it into some monument to their existence.

Having done the same myself, I can't really judge, I suppose.
I can't help but wonder what triggers this. I can't remember myself being quite so dark about it as everyone else has been.

If I can't be the Titan, please name one of the kids after me then please. I assume that I'll either be in the military, Royal Guards, or masonry.

This is definitely the longest thread in the history of the forum.

Wow. I die via TITAN. I half expected death from pebble.

Could I be a wardog next?

Beware the husks, for they are relentless, corrupting, and unstoppable. Only the might of hell itself can even keep it in check; and only for a small period of time. If one sees such a being; run away, unless you like the idea of joining their ranks.

Not actually dead. Just broken bones all over your body.

Amazing!
Definitely an awesome story and thread; I only wish I could create something as incredible as this.

(For those that don't remember me [no reason you should] I was around here a lot in the far past, but kind of stopped a bit after z levels were introduced. So I'm back again for now  :))

But what do I know?
Everything I say should be taken with atleast 1 tsp. of salt, and another liter of Dwarven Wine is recommended.

"I thought it was the size of the others!" said Vanon. "I guess it was just standing further away!"

I remember you.

Thank you and everyone for your praise.

Also, I'm not sure anybody will get a new dwarf between now and the end, so requests can't be filled henceforth short of some miracle.
However, there may be opportunity for this AFTER the end of the fortress.

AFTER the game has ended ?

as in, when you reclaim, or as in "I will use mods to create an adventurer party" ?
