Even though the pain is more agonizing than he could possibly imagine, he doesn't die.
The sandwich is keeping him alive, even though he is burning up.
He passes out from pain. When he comes to, Snoopicus finds himself transformed by the flames, into an ash elemental. The pain is gone, and....

Snoopicus cancels kill kitten: nobody masturbating. ::)

Staring at the kitten that now cannot be butchered, Snoopicus decides in order to get that delicious ham sandwich he must construct an elaborate death trap that will kill the kitten and free the sandwich. He must do it quickly too! As it is only a matter of time before the sandwich is digested!
