Well you went out with a bang!  :D  :P

A very entertaining update!  I think it's my turn now.  So I'll get on this asap, we'll see if my computer can handle it.  If not, I'll just cull the herd a bit.  Anyways I'll get through it in this week here, not sure when you can expect it!

BTW: Dadamh, that sounds amazing! :P

*peers at mercdraco and invites him to our wall room*  :D

That video of Dain's Vision was pretty sweet, didn't see it before! :D

Anyway, I just started tonight, FPS looking good, around thirty, I'll probably be finished by the weekend sometime.

completely useless and unnecessary post alert!

I am in mid-spring now, will only be playing a year's length, so ending in fall.  So not too much left. I'll probably finish sometime tomorrow.  I'll get the report in either tomorrow or the next day I'd imagine.  Everything going smoothly!  :D  We've nearly sealed the sky!

I am thoroughly impressed with the performance of the new version!  It's crazy fast!  :D  Well, for my comp anyhoo :P

1st limestone 1064
After our leader's early demise, I've taken the reigns.

Concentration on continuing work on the tower roof is a
priority.

6th Limestone
Having a look at the roof!  The progress is incredible!
We are coming closer to our goal of sealing the sky! There
is still much to build after the Seal, but all work after
pales in comparison to this task!

10th Limestone
Caravan from the mountainhomes has arrived!  I will see if
they have anything worth taking, and perhaps unload some crap
on them. No news there.

In the meantime I am telling the military to stand guard in case
of an attack.

9th Sandstone
Demos is lackadaisically making his way to the trade depot to
do his job.  I am guessing that he doesn't like it too much
anymore, or just having a bad few days since he's found a dozen
things he'd rather do first.  The traders wait...

14th Sandstone
I could have had someone else come, but oh well...sealing
the sky is first.   Our brethren have left empty handed this year.

15 Timber
Pretty quiet around here.  We're working hectically on the
roof, and I have begun more work on the crumble tower that I
think might never be used...but I will finish it anyway!

10th Moonstone
SIEGE! 36 goblins at our gate!
Closing the gates! Summoning the troops!

13th Moonstone
Our amazing valiant force of brute (brutal) strength!
We win! No injuries!

14th Granite
Elven caravan has arrived. I will actively ignore them.

19th Granite
Ambush, should be no problem!

5th felsite
Another hammerer.  I've assigned him the room near the golden wall.

We'll see how long this one lasts.  I'm feeling less bloodthirsty today...

12th Hematite
Human caravan.

14th Hematite
Strange...a diplomat arrived from the human camp, took one
look at our place, and left grumbling.

16th Hematite
Got mostly foodstuffs from the caravan, sent them home with
around 27k profit...of junk!

7th Limestone
Another year gone.  Even with the sieges and ambushes, everything went
off without a hitch.  The fortress runs pretty smoothly these day, security is
incredible! Now we grind, grind, grind towards seeing the completion of our
home, our lives!

I leave you with another fantastic view!

The viewer is a bit buggy with this version sometimes...so just disregard all the little holes in the ceiling and the random floating blocks! :D

Anyone else willing to pick this up again seeing as Stormlock is MIA and has been since the 17th of September.

I'm definitely itching for another turn. The FPS won't be so bad now that I have set Partial print on and G_FPS to 10.

I'd still be on board, it's been a while since I've done any serious writing.
