I guess we can imagine the hold up for this is because of the Hurricane Sandy. I think that's a valid reason to wait about.
Considering I may be losing Electricity, thats a fine reason.

How about "clearfungus"? It grows underground and cannot be eaten, only capable of being distilled into vodka, which makes forumites feel no pain.

As for GoombaGeek's suggestion, I'll consider it, but I would probably change the name to something more fitting.

We should call elves Hipicriticjackass and humans averagejoes just because thats all I can think of.
I think I would rename them "Hippies" for the elves, as for humans, I'm not sure, but I think I would change their prefstring to "weakness to fast food" and make them more likely to be overweight.

I would probably also rename the elves clothes to Hemp, if I can.

Hippies = Elves because they don't believe in the internet.

Actually, that kinda reminds me of the Tron movies in that there are users and programs, that really wouldn't be that far from what we've got now, I might do that.

If you could apply facebook and twitter, yes, the users are great.

Also, If youcould generalize hippies, I mean how many are they? Perhaps censors, or nanny-parents.

There should be a rename the TItans and have them called Viruses, or call vampires viruses cause they hide amongst your stuff and kill your computer either brutally or quietly (it's be weird but just a thought)

We should also make a plant that uses potatoes as seeds (odd i know...) so when harvested you get chips and when brewed, you get vodka :o

We can also have the Trollolol guy as a single megabeast that annoys people like the spambots except their heads explode if they take too much of it :P

Including virus somewhere seems like a 'must' to me.
It could be said that some forumites drain the life from their peers, so vampires may be ok as is?

With all of their deadly dust and crap that infects people, renaming megabeasts to virus would be cool.  Even better would be editing the name list to include "Y2K", "Shakespear", "Melissa", "Chernobyl", and others listed here

The I love you virus is a pink heart. It constantly screams "I LOVE YOU" in Adventure Mode. It shoots cave-in dust clouds made of "love" (a pink material in the metal raws with a very high fixed-temp).

I can imagine in future how there will be pleasure objects in DF and we will make pleasure objects Consoles and their ammunition which would be video games. I can already imagine that in the future.
