People, I would like to have another turn (if the fort survives that long). I also might reload my save and see if I can fix this mess, get it playable for highmax.

I second that, save will be up in a few hours, I woke up too late to upload the save AND leave for haircut and college

I have to say if I can find a way AROUND the aquifer we can do this! If only I could find pickaxes that are on the other side of the fort

I find it highly amusing that we're only a few years into this fortress but we're already at the 9th person on the list. The best part is that it isn't even year 9.

The food changes caught me by surprise, great idea.  In addition to coffee, perhaps replace some beers/wines with soda pop and milk shakes?

This would be cool, but I think I would have to individually mod every brewable plant in the game, which I would be willing to do, but I still can't change the "Needs alchohol to get through the working day" part.

I pass my vote for Vodka.

There will definitly be at least one plant that will remain with an alchoholic name, and I'll make it vodka.

I guess it's BFEL's turn to start from NAV's turn to try and save the fort which is highly unlikely.

Fuck it i'mma load up from NAV's save like they said and see what I can do. Also I request the Head of Deadly Dooms be added to the hall of fame, it obviously deserves it as it has managed to half kill the fort without so much as a torso

Done. The head is now in the Hall of Necrothreat Fame. And yes, BFEL, you start form NAV's turn since Highmax has technical difficulties on uploading his safe. This gives you more time to find a way to save the fort (if you can) which is good.

The head has been here even during the head of headly dooms so you'll have to find a way to deal with it. Alternatively, if the fort perishes, we'll vote whether to reclaim or revert back.

Good news: I will be getting my laptop very soon! I just have to get some bullcrap done first When I do get it, throw me back on for a turn, AS LONG AS THAT HEAD IS GONE!!!!

I much look forward to the secord returning of Highmax.

On the note of the mod, I've had very little time to work on it, what with my wife's birthday, but I have had some time to think of other features to add.
Although it will take some time, when I'm done we should have Slenderman, Rick Roll, and Shoop de Whoop in place.

The only real problems I can think of is how I'll incorperate them into the mod in meaningful ways, or rather, workable ways.
But they should all make the game more FUN!

I guess we can imagine the hold up for this is because of the Hurricane Sandy. I think that's a valid reason to wait about.
