Placing the last paving stone for the day, Ferrum looked back behind him to admire the large, well-paved road leading from Alchemia. It felt so nice to finally be able to do some actual physical work again, even if it wasn't mining, and to hell with whoever says the Chief of Diggers shouldn't be working with the lowly Clay and Iron golems. Besides, he had started to beleive he would eventually rust if he didn't have some exercise, no matter what the engineers said about steel not rusting.
These roads were the main project for the Al'Qwat at the time being, but they weren't there main concern. That damned flashing lights communication was the only thing on all Golem's tong. He felt that these roads will never be finished no matter how many Golems worked on it, all because of that damned distraction! He actually had absolutely ALL golems working on road construction, except those lazy glassmakers who were 'too busy with the morse communication'. They probably couldn't carry a stone withought breaking one of their 'fancy' reinforcing bands of bronze anyway.

"Hmm..., weird," muttered Abro, "The lights just... stopped, you say?"
"Yeah, last night, they just were there one sec, and then weren't", replied another glassmaker.
"Just like that? Why would they stop after frantically flashing for months?"
"Ma'be they got bored?"
"BORED??? NO ONE can get BORED of my great invention! Its probably something you sent in the message. Thats what I get for imploying morons..."

((Importany questions: Can roads be built diagonally? Can units move on roads diagonally?))
((And Armok, you say you want to be careful with overpowering, and then say you want to make a flying golem carp that can also swim in water and magma? Yeah, not overpowered at all (We also need to find what C.A.R.P. would stand for, I propose Cataclysmic Anticlimatic Rampaging Phish (yeah I spell fish with 'ph', sue me :p)))
