so pretend [ALCOHOL_DEPENDENT] means its like olden days, when people didnt drink water due to diseases you could get from it so drank booze, milk, juices, etc instead.

Whats the point of having tea if it doesn't satisfy thirst? Dwarves wouldn't need to drink it if it didn't satisfy their alcohol dependency.

There's stuff like dwarven milk. From purring maggots. I believe dwarves can drink that. Make plant extract, call it tea, set is value somewhere high, and see if the dwarves actually drink it...  Though if I know dwarves, they'll much rather munch on the leaves instead...

This is a superiorly crafted cup of tea. It menaces with spikes of dwarven rum.
