Legendary Creatures Mod

12 new creatures added:
Sphinx-Semi-megabeast
Chimera-Megabeast
Griffon-Body of lion with wings and head ofa bird of prey.
Hippocamp-Half horse half fish.
Hecatonchires-50 headed hundred armed beast( I only gave it 4 arms, no new
heads, but I may change this later).
Phoenix
Pegasus
Centaur
Basilisk-semimegabeast-"king of lizards"  Big lizard thing or soemthing.
Hippogriff-Horse with head and wings of a bird of prey.
Cockatrice-Looks similar to a 3 foot tall rooster with a serpent's tail.  Has
the power to turn people to stone.
Kraken-Giant octopus/squid like sea monster.
Frost Giant
Warg-Megabeast-Giant mythical wolf(Ex. Fenrir, Hati, Skoll).

Legendary Creature Mod Small Download-contains only creature files and body files

File is update so it NO LONGER CONTAINS NUDITY.(Sorry I forgot to edit the picture/post a warning)

Legendary Creature Mod Large Download-adds in pictures of each creature so the player can have a good idea of what they are fighting.

I have a bunch of creatures I'm going to add later.
I'll take any suggestions of legendary creatures.
I'm trying to stick with creatures that are more commonly known, but I'll also mod in lesser known but interesting creatures.  I am also trying to stay away from creatures that have a specific name for just that creature.(Instead of using Medusa I would use a gorgon.)

One other thing is that I'm trying to keep the creatures in a European flavor or countries that are close to  Europe(Ex Mediterranean, Middle East).
Japanese demons and spirits don't seem to fit in the dwarf fortress atmosphere to me, I'll save them for  another mod.

*Creatures (maybe) Going to be made*
-nymph
-gorgon
-hobgoblin
-manticore
-Djinns(many types)
-ghoul
-roc
-behemoth
-leviathin

-imp
-incubus/succubus
-orobas
-tarasque
-jabberwocky
-ghoul
-imp
-homonculus
-Gargoyle
-Wyvern

Not sure which ones may already be in, but here's a bunch of legendary creatures I can think of:

Gargoyle
Wyvern
Yeti
manticore
Djinn
Ifrit
Roc
trow
Naga
Angel
Satyr
Carcinos
Tengu
Oni
Kappa
Will-o'-the wisp
Nidhogg

Some might be interresting, if not... Aw well.  :)

EDIT:
I must say, that's not the best picture of me, or Tyr for that matter.

Tyr's not wearing that hat because he wants to wear it. You see Tyr is not a good gambler. He lost a bet; as a result, it was he that had to put his hand in my mouth. I heard he also lost a game of cards, and had to wear that ridiculous winged hat as well.

Eh, I couldn't find a good picture of you, sorry.  I was trying to keep the pictures some what similar in style.  Maybe if you have a good one I can change the picture for future releases.

Btw I like that hat. :p

What did you put in there that was so terrible?

There was a naked woman in the hippogriff picture that I'm guessing the rider of the hippogriff was trying to save.  You can still see it if you go to the wikipedia page for hippogriffs.

Same as above.  Telling people that you've removed something only makes them want to see it.

I think DreaDFanG may have overreacted a bit, considering how "graphic" DF is.

Yesh. Ratman decapitation and child limb-breaking is nowt compared to some boobies or whatever.

What exactly is a Jabberwock? All I know is that it has "jaws that bite, the claws that catch" and "eyes of flame." And it "burbles," but that's less important.

There is the traditional illustration, I guess.

But you'll need to mod in some vorpal blades.

I was just going to put in a yeti like creature, kinda like the blizzard man and put parts of the poem as the description.  The poem kind of leaves it to your imagination.

If I didn't people would probably not download it due to the first reply.
