Progress trigger
« on: June 07, 2008, 12:47:00 am »

Does anyone have any specific information on progress triggers?

From the wiki, it seems as if the PROGRESS_TRIGGER_X can influence interaction (read: siege) timing / frequency, but it ends there. I don't know what each level on the 0-5 scale represents. They certainly can't be hard coded values 0-5.

Does SKULKING make sieges happen more often as compared to progresstrigger?

THe numbers are levels of your fortress. You gain different advantages (like ability to have sheriff) and your core nobles are renamed on change (like outpost broker/hamlet broker/village broker etc.). These values are hardcoded.

I meant Population:5    :p

Fortress level only corresponds with population levels? What do PROG_TRIG_TRADE / PRODUCTION do? My fort level doesn't get buffer nobles based on export / fort value.

EDIT:
I lied. Hoardmaster ties in with production. What about trade?

The fort has different levels. I can't tell you direct numbers now. The "outpost-hamlet-village-etc." = "0-1-2-etc." POPULATION levels. There're created wealth levels (production?), I think the 1st lvl is 100k.
