[PET_EXOTIC] and adding it to something.

Would adding the Exotic Pet tag mean I have to make a new world for it to take effect?  (Or is it like Civ_Contrallable)?

pet_exotic means you need the dungeon master to tame it, and if you adding it to an existing creature you shouldn't need to re-generate a world
