I may go with aluminum, if they get addy we may never defeat 1, also thats why I left out dragonbreath but if I cAN't make a suitable attack or weaponm the will get dragonbreath.

So will they run out of ammo if I make a ray-gun?

Can I make a body part a weapon I wonder?

That sounds like a "no" so what to do about the weapon?? If i make him custoim ammo will her have it or will he run out or will he be like the blowgunners?

Ok added tentacles that give heat damage, now how many damange points for min and max to balance properly?

Also will they pull themselves around by their tentacles? I think without a way to walk they will never pathifind to fly correct?

If you give them the [FLIER] tag, they'll fly. Now, if they go into the water for some reason...

But i still need a wepon, tentacles that burn is the best I could come up with so far, any other ideas?

I once did a "Automaton" (Ultima 7 SI) styled race. Basically magical robots. They where made out of aluminum. I could melt their bodies in magma.

It reminds me of beholder series I made.
I wanted them to have a projectile attack, but ended with "glances at you with" at close combat.

Because it was really weird, when they had their weapons:
You stab the elder orb in the head with your steel spear.
It's air sac is pierced.
It's reproductive organ is pierced.
It has troubles breathing!
The Elder orb looses hold of his eye
The Elder orb looses hold of his eye
The Elder orb looses hold of his eye
The Elder orb looses hold of his eye
The Elder orb looses hold of his eye

The Elder orb looses hold of his eye
The Elder orb gives in to pain.

IF only weapons had "undroppable" tag...
