how do u play as a different creature

i heard u can play as a dragon or different creatures that can poison or suck blood from enemies, how?!

You can only play as a non-human/elven/dwarven creature by modding the game.  You can easily get help on this by looking at the Modding sub-forum or the DF wiki, and some mods are even zipped up so all you have to do is unzip and replace the files modified.
