What a death for this old elf...
« on: February 17, 2008, 05:53:00 pm »

After my last adventuring (and dying by GCS  :( ) I take a look at the legends and see a bad lost for the/my world...

The elf Nine Emoraamala, "Nine Tomesnature" was born in Year 1 and is strucked down in Year 1050 by a 10 year old deer named "Faithfulsheens".
A little suprise was that Nine was still a child after 1000 years.

quote:
The deer charges at The Child!
The deer kicks The Child in the left lower leg with his left rear hoof!
It is battered!
The deer collides with The Child!
They tangle together and tumble forward!
The Child punches The deer in the left rear leg with her left hand!
The shot glances away.
The deer kicks The Child in the right lower leg with his right front hoof!
It is battered!
The deer kicks The Child in the upper body with his right front hoof!
It is broken!
The deer kicks The Child in the left lower arm with his left rear hoof!
It is battered!
The Child gives in to pain.
The deer kicks The Child in the upper body with his left front hoof!
It is mangled!
The deer kicks The Child in the lower body with his right front hoof!
It is battered!
The deer kicks The Child in the right hand with his right front hoof!
It is battered!
The deer kicks The Child in the upper body with his right rear hoof!
It collapses into a lump of gore!
Nine Emoraamala, Child has been struck down.

To immortal elves, a creature with an age of 1000 is still but a child.

but I would expect that a 1000 year old elf can handle a deer...but perhaps he/she was a musician or something like that

No, he's just an ELF. The pansies refuse to harm anything, even as it's mauling them to death.

If 1050 years old is a child then how old is an adult? And wouldn't that make ALL elves children? Elves are pretty crazy.

He was born on year 1. Does that means that old elves where born on negative time?!

Or maybe they where born in the future but time had an integer overflow and they traveled back in time to year 1. That means they could be their own grandparents. Eww...

It's obvious that Elves are like Mork, from Mork and Mindy fame.  They age in reverse.  That 1000 year old Elf was almost back to his infant stage when he was mangled by one of the creatures his race felt the need to protect.

Edit: Err, messed up some italics...

Nah, it was just a marriage argument turned sour.

By the way, do Dwarves argue with each other?
