What is the worst injury you have survived in adventure mode?

I survived getting attacked by 3 Giant Cave Spiders Although I would pass out whenever I tried to do something afterwards so I committed suicide.

I once lost an eye in the old version.

Mangled upper body with both lungs and heart pierced. I was 3 squares away from the edge so i got out before i bled to death.

Lost my arm several times in the old version, but never got out of the area before dying of thirst or starvation. In the current version I could just (T)ravel away without worrying about one action -> unconsciousness, so I guess I'll see a few one-armed adventurers soon enough.

I survived having all my limbs broken or mangled.

When i got out of the cave eventually and travelled off the edge, i had a mouth full of limbs and heads.

Last version I had managed to escape a ruin once with a bolt in my eye, a bruised brain, a missing wing, and a mortal wound from another bolt that hit the heart and a lung.  I was 1 tile away from the edge when the bolt gave me the mortal wound and managed to stay awake, so I got away.  He only had 2 ranks in toughness, and the custom race was size 7 with 0 damblock.

I retired that adventurer, gave him the name Oneeye too. Probably still had the bolt sticking out of the other, I never bothered to remove it.

MORAL: Undead custom races with a 1:6 bite attack as a second main hurt.  Specially when a crossbowman shows up when yer trying to get away.

I had to leave it in to keep playing, too, since pulling it out immediately killed me.

A long time ago I was playing, ended up with a custom character getting an axe embedded in his skull... died after removing the axe and stumbling for a while. If I really cared about him surviving I might've got him out.

Took 5 steel bolts then bled to death.

I walked off a 6-unit cliff and barely survived, retired because I was near a mountainhall, and restarted as if I was never injured.

Then I walked off one more 2 unit cliff and exploded into a thousand gibs.

I had several red injuries after a fight with an antman and some batmen.  Won the fight, and escaped the cave before I noticed that I had lost both eyes.  Maybe that was why it took about 30 turns to break the grip of the last batman on my leg.  In fact, I think it only let go because it bled to death e_e.  Anyway, after that, I stumbled to the nearest dwarven hall, realized I would never find the entrance, so stumbled to one I already had explored, and promptly retired.

Lost an arm in the old version, but killed the threat by piercing it's heart.  Managed to get the adventurer to a town, while keeping giving into pain.

I was playing a few mins ago and my fire spirit lost a left arm and a hand to a giant. Old giant got bad burns over almost whole body.
