How do i remove an item that is stuck in me?,
i dont really want to live the rest of my adventurers life with a pike stuck in his head,
besides i want to use the pike since i dont have any more weapons

Press 'I' (shift-i), pick the pike out of the list, then 'pull out.'

You may die of bleeding though, so back it up first.

When I read the first post I was about to ask "how did you manage to get a fish stuck in your head!".. then I remembered the other meaning for pike
