I feel like Vermillion is the odd one out here, sorry Skies. But 6 posts for day 2 is not it when half of them are telling imp to improve you. And only a Kr1ss vote two days ago to be seen.

Verm is a strong wingman, a strong supporter, when town and if/when he likes how he is invited to assist.  I don't think he's a follower, he's more like a totally independent hellhound that may come out of the mists to help those he agrees with and otherwise, he is thinking and hunting as he sees fit.

I'm happy he's voting Krr1ss, I'm happy he set up a plan for if I action him (I appreciate you doing so too).

Umm, Verm, maybe be active because it's good for you and the game?  Perhaps fresh reads and stuff?  I expect him to jump in as he sees reason to.  I love that he jumped in on Krr1ss, I didn't sus Krr1ss much when Verm voted for him, and Verm spoke up around the time I was going 'omg, Krr1ss...' and it's largely similar to my concerns at that point, the new stuff Verm discussed.

I think that goes without saying, but my big concern with Verm or anyone is if they're pro-town or not.  I think he is this game.  Really strongly.  I don't NEED him to give reads past Krr1ss today because I'm like OMG drop everything elim Krr1ss... people should talk and that can't end the game but omg this is today's task.

I don't need Verm to post more for me to read Verm, so I'm not trying to get Verm to talk more.  I don't need to strategize with Verm past what we already have.  I love the outcomes of the decisions I know Verm made.  I see solid pro-town here.

But he's a bad ML - especially with Krr1ss alive.  Wow bad.

It's so ironic how I am being saved by the three man I wanted to solve at the start of the day hahah

Crystalizedmire (4): Magma Mater, Jim Groovester, Krr1ss, ToonyMan

And for Toony not to kill me for fluff posting, serious question.

Crystal situation seems dire rn and if we are to CFD, who do we go to?
I am personally fine with Jack, NQT, and Verm.
If Crystal flips scum, in Jack or Verm there is almost guaranteed scum. If Crystal flips town, I guess that I have no idea. NQT maybe?

Oh yeah

Agentt should also not be lame and make a meaningful decision.
;-;
Alright well

Kriss

I felt like Crystal's claim was pretty natural. I don't know what Sal dying after Crystal scum leaned them says. And in terms of activity, whilen they are lacking; they really aren't the worst at it.

Unvote Since Imp doesn't think this is bad Verm. Still annoyed how little they post. Should I go and hammer Crystal then?

No one on Crystal wagon is changing votes so prolonging the day really is just a question of whether someone AFK on me will come and save me (they won't). So hammer should be okay

I don't understand why mafia killed Sal in the first place. I feel like they had better kill options but didn't do them for some reason, or felt scared to do them? Sal is a very conservative kill target in my opinion.

No.  NQT is the only one off wagons.

I believe this is the current votecount:

Crystalizedmire (7): Magma Mater (580), Jim Groovester (946), Krr1ss (1003), ToonyMan (1225), toastercultist (1243), TricMagic (1250), TricMagic (1250),
Krr1ss (5): VermillionSkies (724), EuchreJack(774), imp (1051), Crystalizedmire (1128), Agentt (1248),
Agentt (2): notquitethere (1047), notquitethere (1047),
Magma Mater (2 supposedly per Mater's claim otherwise (0)):
VermillionSkies (0):
Jim Groovester (0):
notquitethere (0):
ToonyMan (0):
TricMagic (0):
Imp (0):
EuchreJack (0):
toastercultist (0):

No Execution (0):

8 votes to hammer. (supposedly only 6 visible votes for Mater, per his claim)

Not Voting (0):

The reads I have done so far:

D2 reads:

Verm:  high townread, high confidence.

Mater:  I am gambling is towny, low-medium confidence.  Could be either, but there's some nice clues this is town.  Medium confidence, could totally be fooled, but literally statistically this is probably towny.  Want to see more play from.  I will be intentionally and carefully crafting my magic action so if I am redirected to Mater I likely cannot affect him.  That's likely the case should I be redirected to just about anyone, but I'm actually thinking about it and preparing.  If anyone can figure out how to prevent Mater from getting changed; failing that if we want to throw away literally all abilities Mater has trapped, possibly including my magic, so that even if he dies they're not released, we can discuss that.  For now I work with the assumption I should leave Mater alone.

Crystal: weak townlean, low-medium confidence.  Crystal's becoming a strong player when anti-town and has fooled me before - anti-town Crystal has won against my team in Net Police and was key in my elim in Heist.  Usually does not set me up as a townread when she is anti-town, has helped set up my elim before.  As town, more likely to follow and be a bit weaker.  I think I see town Crystal here.  I super appreciate the help towards elim of Krr1ss as well.

Jack:  If not weirdly teamed with Mater in a not-town way (entire day D2 play is almost entirely based around Mater) then could be town.  Weird play for Jack.  However, love the vote on Krr1ss, it came early.  It's independent from my sus and concerns.  Weak townlean, low confidence.  This needs a revisit later and more time to show more wincon movement but this is fine for today.

Tric:  High Dragonlean, huge confidence.  Otherwise.  I dunno man.  Null no confidence. I saw him fool me well as maf in CYOS2.  Coincidence matters a lot.  He directed Agentt to give an ability to the Usurper (who I think likely town, but... dang?) and made plans but didn't follow through on.  Literally knew what he intended to do, discussed, and literally didn't submit.  Or never meant to.  Is weird to me, and hard to trust.  He's here and playing!  That's something.  What something, I wanna see more of.  Results from wincon movement will help form my read.

Jim:  Playing sheepdog, primarily 'nipping at heels of lower-activity players' and otherwise protecting more active players - even when not calling them town or saying they're weird (like Krr1ss).  Townreads Agentt, Toony, Magma, NQT, Tric, Imp, and is against elim of active Krr1ss.  Doesn't scumread but inactive reads Crystal, Verm, Toaster, Jack.  Targeted Crystal and Mater N1.  Is active, but also qualifying, "I feel like I want to hear more from EuchreJack as well"

Still Jim: Infuriatingly to me:  "Given this I probably shoot within CrystalizedMire, toastercultist, VermillionSkies, or EuchreJack. Maybe if a convincing argument for Krr1ss comes my way I could see that too."  but "Barely reading the thread.  I don't think Krr1ss is a good Elim for D2."  He's been there when I've sniped anti-town.

Still Jim:  Null to weak maf-lean, more confidence in the null part, but low confidence in this read.  I don't understand this playstyle from Jim.  I have concerns but am willing to watch this develop more, and I have a far greater elim concern today.

Toaster:  strong anti-town read, low-medium confidence.  Again, Toaster.  If you're town, come play with us.  It's okay and it'll get more and more okay.  If you're anti-town, someone will be with you eventually to handle this, do anything you please until then.

Krr1ss:  very strong anti-town read, high confidence.
