I would post something of a reads list, but the problem I find is that I am not aware of meta tells that other people put stock in, of other players to conclude any sorts other than calling some people lean townie/scum, and I'm not sure enough in my reasoning to act upon it, other than the tiny voice within my head that tells me to just randomly vote for whoever I found the scummiest. Would that be reasonable or am I simply thinking somewhere far off than what a Town player should think?

It's hard to guess why the chat exists, for me at least.  It might exist because of one of them, because of a different player, or because of non-player-related mechanics (like the duelist chat happened because there were duel-related games at the start, but there wasn't a specific player that caused it or could end it if removed).  That's my best guess, if we had reason to guess, it's there because it fit the game instead of 'some player made it happen by direct choice' - simply because without a N0 that would be weird with how stuff is often done here (It's possible though).

It may exist cause every single one of us is a theater kid in our roles. We perform. So the four people got paired in an unconfirmed night chat.

I like that Salvatore has made some (not particularly useful but nevertheless entertaining) post with some actual content. Toony is having fun pretending it's good stuff and not garbage. I like the playfulness here. It's not necessarily townsided but it's also definitely not trad risk averse scum play.

They'll both get resolved through the night game I suspect...

VermillionSkies, extremely likely to be pro-town, or learned so much since last anti-town game I can't believe it.  High confidence.

EuchreJack low-medium townlean, low-medium confidence.  He's tricked me once when anti-town.  But this looks and feels quite good.

Crystalizedmire, null, medium confidence.  I love this game's playstyle, it's motivated and feels great.  Annoyingly, that's more often Crystal when anti-town than when pro-town.  I want to reward townie play, punish scummy play; if this is true-pro-town Crystal playing well, I'm thrilled and it'll be clear in the days to come.  I'm watching.
ToonyMan Null, needs more time/posts/stuff to read.  Low confidence, want to townlean, but have seen him as maf in difficult conditions.  Definitely want him alive D2.  Interestingly likes Sal as well.

It's specifically readability that's important. Putting a vote within a quote box makes it less distinct and harder to notice, so normally I'd disallow it, but Salvador's vote in this instance is still very obvious, so it's fine.

It happens; last game Sal replaced in for Hyper.

However, our forum has relatively few active players, and FBYOR are some really peak, top games that tend to draw everyone who wants to play anytime soon as a player (seriously, check the start of the thread and the 'in' comments, you'll see several commenting about not being sure about this) - so... usually there's nobody to replace, those able and willing have already inned.
