 I probably don’t have time for this.  So, this will be low effort/minimalistic.  Hopefully this will help me keep the pace up. 

Spoiler: Mechanics (click to show/hide)

 This is a 1d6-1d6 mechanic.  Positive results are successful, negative results are failures.  If a zero is rolled on the dice, regardless of modifiers, then the conflict is rerolled and a success or failure result is interpreted as a critical success or failure.  If another zero is rolled, then rerolled again and interpret it as a super critical roll.  This process continues as many times as zeroes are rolled. 

Whichever complete sheet gets the most votes wins.

Techniques:

Rabbit Soul Spirit Form:

-Power Kick: (1MP)
Make a strong kick, a rabbit leg aura forming around your attacking leg.
You may spend 1 MP to make an unarmed leg attack.  On a hit, this attack knocks an enemy back to the [Near] range bracket.  The MP is only spent on a success. 

-Bunny Hop: (1MP)
Crouch, a spectral rabbit lower half forming around your lower half, and leap into the air.
You may spend 1 MP on your turn to automatically move to the [Far] range bracket, ignoring any ground-based obstacles in the way.

Paralytic Malpractice Form:

-Pierce: (0MP)
Throw a needle at the target, getting it stuck in. 
Upon a successful hit with a needle weapon, you may activate this skill and apply a [Embedded Needle] tag to them.

-Telekinetic Surgery: (2MP)
Stimulate the Ki in your needles, making them wiggle inside their targets.
Spend 2 MP to apply a penalty to all the rolls of all enemies within a [Far] range that have one or more [Embedded Needle] tags in them equal to the number of [Embedded Needle] tags the enemy has. 

Wiggling Arrow Technique:

Correct: (1MP)
Use the Ki infused in an already fired arrow to correct its course after it is fired. 
Before you make a bow attack, you may announce you are using this skill.  If your subsequent attack misses, 1 MP is expended and the attack is rerolled with a +1 bonus.  If it hits, nothing is expended. 

Bend: (1MP)
Infuse Ki into an arrow to alter its course after it is fired.
Spend 1 MP to ignore [Half Cover] and [3/4 Cover] or treat [Full Cover] as [Half Cover] for one attack.

There are three “range brackets” that, for the sake of simplicity, enemies will fall into.

Close: Within a few steps, sword fighting range. 

Near: Within shuriken-throwing distance.

Far: Within maximum arrow shooting distance.

Cover is basically what obstacles are interfering with a ranged attack.  They provide a bonus to the defender. 

Half Cover: Around half the body, +2 bonus.

3/4 Cover: Around 3/4 of the body, +4 bonus.

Full Cover: The whole body, ranged attacks automatically hit the cover instead.

Turn 1

You're on a roof across the street from your target.  The street is about fifteen feet wide, and absolutely choked with Merchant stalls, peasants, and knee-deep shit, so it's a typical street.  On both sides of the street are three story buildings, except for the one you are on, which is four stories.  All the buildings are made of dingy wood, with torn wax paper windows.  Each story of the buildings hangs out a foot more than the last one, ensuring the street gets very little sunlight and, combined with the shit, making the area a very fine place for random muggings.  One feature you especially notice is the balcony on the top floor of the building across from you.  It juts out another foot than the story it is on (the third), and is filled with brown-green plants with oversized leaves. 

That's where your target will appear. 

A local Landlord has recently evicted a large number of your sect members, as he wanted to raise the rent and they couldn't pay.  It is well known that his wife likes to spend lunchtime on her balcony.  You have been sent to ensure lethally that he knows never to mess with that sect again. 

You have about an hour and a half until lunchtime.  Is there anything you would like to do before you perpetuate gang violence?
