I am not sure I understand what you mean, or what that mean. Something is sure though, I do not particularly appreciate being compared to a nazi in WW2, which I think is was the point of the whole thing?

It isn't directed at you, it is self directed.  To put words between tags such as [grammar nazi], is to say that you are just being a perfectionist, and correcting everything, even if it doesn't matter.

In a more understandable way (I think I poorly worded the above):

If I post
[GRAMMER_NAZI]*some text from a post, edited to be better*[/GRAMMER_NAZI]

That means *I* am being a grammar nazi, or perfectionist; and am taking it to the point that I am correcting everyone's posts, rather than solely my own.

It doesn't imply anything at all about poster of the imperfect post.
