@NQT, NJW2000, Salvatore Monday and/or Imp:
Are you four in a chat? I know from experience that Mafia inside a chat can convince you they're town.

Imp being this tunnel-visioned and uncharitable is either shockingly bad play or she is just scum.

Imp, if you really believed I was scum you would look at my interactions with Juice.

Yes, though we can only talk at night and Imp only just joined at the end of the last night and so hasn't been able to post in the chat.

You'll see all through D2 and D3, I was torn about NJW and Salvatore in the thread — disappointed with their play and having some suspicions, but wanting to defend them because on balance it really did seem most likely we were all town.

Yes, I confirm what NQT just said being exactly right.

Salvatore, what do you think about Elephant Parade's action claim?
I think it's likely that Imp self-targeted, and I don't believe that a mafia action would force a town player to self-target in this context. It's really too much of a stretch. If Imp had self-targeted for benign reasons I don't see any good reason not to just say so, BUT I can easily imagine Imp being this petulant about it as town, so I'm not quite eager to pull the trigger just yet.

That said, if it ends up coming down to a thunderdome between Imp and NQT, I'm taking NQT's side here. NQT has been playing townie the whole game as far as I can see.

But at the present moment it's not a thunderdome and I'm voting for Crystal "I'm gonna alignment-cop these two players, oops, it didn't work, guess we've got to lynch them both to be sure, teehee" Izedmire instead.

Where'd Crystal pull that?  Quotes please.

You have the same alignment all game.  I don't need to look where you 'want' where you prepare and care and worry about to catch if you're maf.  Maf are maf in everything.  Town are town in everything.  That you're trying to say 'if you really think I'm scum you'll look where I tell you to and read that' is some vainglorious scummy bleep and I trust we all know this.

Still bears doing.

Yeah. I think this could be maf-maf.  Even considering 'Ooh, if I'm maf this gets watched'.  What do others think?

A lot of things throughout the game have made me iffy on NQT but I don't know why scum would have gone to so much effort to explain the claim situation to Imp. That was so incredibly frustrating that I find it hard to imagine someone bothering to do it unless it was sincere. Also, scum!NQT likely nightkills me N2 or N3 because he's low on my readlist and he knows I have Watch, an infamously strong investigative action. (Scum!NQT also could've prevented me from getting Watch by preventing me from acting on Salvatore N2, presuming scum had access to some kind of roleblock/redirection/etc. (at the very least they had Ice Cream), but that might've been a bit obvious.)

I don't see a Disabled tag in the OP so I assume disabled actions are Locked?

Magma Mater: What happens when a Shared action is made Locked for a player? Is it Locked for everyone else who shares the action as well?

It's simply locked for that player. Everyone else with that ability can still use it.

I was unable to check Salvador and Euchrejack's alignment because I was prevented from acting that night.
Were you blocked or was your action disabled?
Disabled.

OMG CM.

Remember this?  You were flippin' town when you pulled this.  And Max was maf.

How many votes away am I from a hammer?

I think 3.

Crystalizedmire
I am not giving you any points for this purely symbolic sympathy-grab vote.

CM, if you're town, I'm going to be flipping furious with you unless you show me this is a town-useful move, which I suppose it could be, the same way that sof's weird stuff could trigger reactions that tell us stuff about other players that help.

CM.  I am town.  If you are town, you are letting me down so bad if you just fluff around and 'woe is me' and all the rest.  If you are town, you have friends, even if we don't know we're friends, and we need each other.  Other town can carry the win for you - but while you're here, flippin' A help us.

Jack.  Take heed too.  You're active and thank you for being so.  Don't fold.  If you are town you are desperately needed.  Please play.

It's been about 36 hours since CrystalizedMire last posted.  Mater, may we have a prod?
Sal.  Maybe consider various VPNs some might serve you better than your current.

Wait, I thought EJ's thing caused actions to be disabled the night after they were used?

I think it's one of Euchrejack and Salavtore Monday. Of the two, I think it's salvatore monday because I feel that their suspicion of Euchrejack wasn't genuine and make town doubt that Euchrejack and Imp aren't town.
To me this reads as setting up the following chain: "Someone stopped me from checking so there must be a reason, let's lynch person A"; "person A was town so it must be person B, let's lynch him now!"; "Well, it's not my fault they were both town since I couldn't check..."

Yes. Crystal reported trying to use the same action twice in a row and failing.

It's perm if I understand right.

But manageable.  Use ability A then ability B and shouldn't have a problem.  It's gonna affect a location, and that's affected by a bunch of stuff, typically where who we target is, plus there's move abilities, plus maybe more.  So depending on where we are, it gets us or not.

He has made claims it will grow to block maf kills.  I suspect they can manage that.  And how do we know where to go to be safe, but I don't have a problem with his claims or him putting stuff wherever.

Thanks for posting that. I notice that in one quote EJ says that his House disables Personal Abilities:
For a second night in a row, I got the result of no messages for you.  So I think I was blocked.

My attempted actions were: Develop Property and Pretzels NJW2000

As you can see, Pretzels flips the alignment inspect result.  As Crystal was going to test Salvatore Monday, I did not want to risk anyone else using Pretzels on Salvatore Monday, so I attempted to target it elsewhere.

It's possible that my abilities are triggering, but I am not getting the results.  But more likely that I was blocked twice in a row.

There should be One House in play.  It disables the personal abilities of anyone located there used tonight for the following night.  So if anyone acted upon juicebox, or where juicebox was at end of Night 1, then whatever they did would be disabled the following night.

My actions Night 1: Use Sheriff's Office and Jalepeno Poppers on Imp; Use Develop Property (Active) on Juicebox.
My actions Night 2: Punch CrystalizedMire; Develop Property Juicebox
My actions Night 3: Develop Property and Pretzels NJW2000
But the Mafiakill is a Factional Ability...

EJ: Could you explain how your scheme still works, or why you thought it would work?

CM: When, exactly, did you learn that your Place Worker ability was disabled? Was it (Locked) or disabled in some other way?

Sorry, didnt see this.
I understand your perspective but also it seems like youre voting me out of self preservation as well. I could still check euchrejack and another player. Also, I dont believe youre responsible for disabling my actiom now that I have more context.
