I got a report saying that I've been destroyed but can still win through a new global effect, which implies it was because of my second chance.

I think how Second Chance works is that, while anyone with Second Chance is 'in the game' (destroyed ghosts were not), all players with Second Chance have their second wincon made possible.
If Egan didn't have Second Chance, it wouldn't have made a revival mechanic, and if Fallacy didn't have Second Chance, there would have been no one left to cause the effect.

Getting hit with infection night zero was horrid. Working under the assumption there wasn't another team was a bit worse. Getting Reverse Fated N1 just killed our team then and there. Show of hands who pinned me as mafia this game?

Max died shouting 'loss to fellow town' and all, but if ressed he's still town and has no ability I see that would create an instant win for him.  He would bring that book back into play, but the game's almost over and I can attempt to destroy it, or ignore it because without pages, it's harmless, and likely game's over before he could use it (would be N5 if he comes back N4).

I wanted to address this once the game ended.

I would never actually self-sabotage. I don't want anyone to believe that I would be a risky resurrection as confirmed town. I may feel that certain actions may have led to certain players not deserving it, *cough*, but I would still intend to work toward town victory. Sometimes I feel like being petulant, like when targeted by an obviously bad lynch in an atmosphere of blatant DADT, but only as far as words! I don't want to have to put limits on that.

I was wrong about basically everybody except EuchreJack, but I got to rickroll one scum team and skibidi toilet the other one, so that was pretty cool.

I was pretty sure you were not town.  But I didn't have you pegged as maf, wasn't even sure you were anti-town, however I didn't try as hard on figuring you out because I couldn't remove ghosts and you seemed likely to die... and I didn't want an elim wasted on someone about to die anyway, I hoped; info even if you were saved or lived.

I do need to ask about N2, or 3, whenever I died, ‘cause I targeted Imp. If Imp were already infected, someone else should have been infected as a consequence of my action, but I was dead at that point and didn’t really notice until a lot later.

Otherwise, 67% hit rate on scum for my delayed kill is pretty good.
