Why do you think scum took out Hector, Toons? Send it would be better for them to leave him ghosted and unsolved.

Well, first of all I've been aware that corpses or ghosts can be destroyed because my Dolittle Stethoscope implies that can happen. I didn't put much thought into it until we had more ghosts after D1.

Putting myself in scum's shoes I can only imagine them shaking in their boots in horror that ghastly Hector would poison them to death. So they destroyed them, in what manner? I have no idea. I was trying to help Imp and got a hat instead.

I'd like to see fullclaims from Toony and Max
Sure I don't mind doing most at this point.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit But Everyone Is Played By Eddie Murphy

Variety -> Niche -> Improve -> Selfless -> Peek

I started the game with Eight of Hearts which I traded with FoU on D2.

I have a bunch of ACME Props that do different things peek focused, I would like to keep most to myself.
I can also give someone acting lessons that do different things improve focused, same thing.
My Toon False Confidence means I can't be protected and fruits don't work on me, I already admitted this in the private chat so it doesn't matter.

On N1 -
1. I used my ACME Branded Dolittle Stethoscope and learned that Vermilion's corpse was missing.
2. I was invited to a group chat by Jim that had Tric/Jim/Max for the cycle.
3. Someone tried to steal or mutate me, but my Hand Buzzer stopped them, unfortunately it was used up by doing this.

On N2 -
1. I got 0.1 votes from presumably Jack.
2. I tried giving one of my acting lessons to Imp but instead I learned "nothing".
3. I received a catear headband hat, which I assume was from FoU.

I think that's everything. I need to sleep soon but my tuned instinct is to trust Elephant over Max here, although I do not know if that is correct!

I guess even though I'm dead I still give enough of a shit about the game to be feisty about it.

Somebody tell me why it isn't Jack.

And mostly this is directed at Elephant Parade and ToonyMan since I'm not confident in Imp being able to be sensible about their reads. Also Max listed Jack as one of the people we could probably lynch and win. I guess FoU is also alive too but I should probably lump him with Imp in terms of being sensible.

Yeah, so every single living player can tell me why they don't think it's Jack or why Jack doesn't comfortably fit into a lot of potential scum teams.

'Jim you're salty about the day kill'

YES

However, I think Jack's very weak game is worth being concerned about.

When hypnosis is a "mimic" sphere ability, which FoU isn't claiming*

Hey, I've seen one of these headbands now.

It does not have the (Mimic) sphere on it, not the one I got in trade.  The only sphere on it is (Hats).  It's got other stuff like wearable, but nothing spherical.

Hey, Toons.

I got trained N2.

if you successfully targeted me N2, you would have been trained too because I used an ability that would have cascaded that.

You instead somehow targeted someone else, or you haven't mentioned you were trained.

I bet you targeted someone else.  Why/how I dunno, but a number of intended other actions have appeared redirected (and I'm not the redirector).

You tried to give a lesson and learned 'nothing'.

Should I have gained something?  Should you have learned something?  If you're willing to say, I'd like more info.

I was trying to help Imp and got a hat instead.

And I lost a hat N2.

Thing is, anyone successfully targeting me, unless somehow immune or prevented or whatever, absolutely 100% should have been trained N2.

If you somehow were forced to take my headband N2 instead of your intended action, you still targeted me and still got trained, from what I understand (the ability isn't mine, so I can't ask about it).

Or, maybe I wasn't trained?

Maybe something else is the explain, just like my gaining infected wasn't from my targeting of Tric N1.  I 'seem trained'.  But maybe something else explains it - and Tric tried to train Max, not me.  Maybe Tric did train Max, not me, and something else explains my train-like effects.

I am fairly confident Tric did train me.

Somebody tell me why it isn't Jack.
I'm too tired to give good reasons why. Oh yeah, they gave me and Elephant votes and openly admitted to a daykill, that's pretty crazy as mafia.

However, I think Jack's very weak game is worth being concerned about.
It's an understandable point. Maybe this is the Max/Jack mafia world all along. Kind of not feeling FoU and Elephant, but admittedly I don't feel very good.

Yes, you are right. I felt better about FoU when I saw the actual hat last night.

That's what I did N2 Imp. It's all I did myself N2. I guess I am swole and have a proud kitty girl headband to prove it.

I'm not calling you a liar, Toons.

I guess, like, 'convoluted' like multiplies the more players have it or something?  Distributed convolution's gotta suck?

There's like so many ways for 'almost the same thing to happen'.  I swear, good thing I have some idea how to play like vanilla mafia.  I can't track these mechanics yet, and it's already day 3.

Starting to empathize withTric for being so sure I was lying.  While I wasn't, all this stuff is so Rube Goldberg machine-like.  Totally fox backtracking and laying false trails/serendipity-coincidence-so many moving parts.

Probably good cover for actual liars.

Willing to give any more detail about your training though, and what you expected?  Apparently not nothing; was it supposed to trade abilities, or what?

Yeah, so every single living player can tell me why they don't think it's Jack or why Jack doesn't comfortably fit into a lot of potential scum teams.

I'll get back to this.  I'm still tracing out claims, and then rereading.

My old read of Jack is old, so much has happened since then.  D2 didn't really 'finish' for me, with that early hammer.

Toons.

I decided the best thing to do was to use Inefficient Sphere Pick on my scumreads to screw with them and hopefully give fellow townies abilities (under the assumption that, relatively speaking, town players were likely to target scum and scum players town). N1 I targeted CM, which is why I kept pestering her about only claiming one of her abilities being changed. This is presumably where the (Hat) ability in Hector's flip came from, though I don't think he ever claimed receiving it (not that anyone asked). N2 I targeted Toony.

Does that explain your nothing result?  I imagine you'd see more.

Do you see evidence of EP's claim having affected you?

Hmm, maybe instead of ditching the book I should have kept a hold of it and asked for all the pages, since using the book to cast Forgive and Proselytize on everyone in the game at once should probably result in everyone winning, or at least getting a decent chance to win. But risky to coordinate something like that when there's likely a thief who could just take the book from me if they hear I have it.

It also can only be used by someone alive.

But you could hold a page or more until they have the desired abilities.

I totally don't recommend attempting to use the book, should it exist.  But you'd have to pass it and any pages to someone alive you thought would use it well.
