We haven't been able to extend the Negus' protection very widely these past few years, but I'm here to see how I can help."

Words:
    Kalay Lineage: A true scion of the Kalay must have a Wisdom score of at least 16. All of their lineage can see in the dark as well as a cat.
    Command: Heroes with the Command Word may set their Charisma score to 16, or 18 if it’s already 16 or higher.

Your flesh flows around dangers and encapsulates toxins. Your natural armor class is 3 and you are immune to poisons. You can apply a poison by touch if you’ve previously swallowed or been struck by a dose, thus ejecting the toxin. This AC isn't improved by shields or armor.
    Living Torrent: On Turn
Commit Effort. Spout a torrent of water at dangerous levels of pressure. The water can be used as a ranged weapon out to 100 feet, doing 1d10 damage and counting as a magical weapon.
 It will destroy one foot of earthen or wooden barriers in one round. The water can be allowed to remain after using this power, or allowed to vanish as the wielder wills.

Sky:
Windsinger: Action
Commit Effort. Control weather within a mile, from still air to rainstorms strong enough to knock down fragile structures and make mundane archery impossible, Weather changes occur instantly on use of this gift and last as long as Effort remains committed. When released, the weather rapidly returns to its normal condition.

Vax would, of course, stop the nutjob from taking his hair, jumping off the back of the boat and into the ocean if necessary.  He would then offer the hair back to the fisherman if he tells him about any significant forces/entities/groups in the area and if Vax so chooses, return him to the beach with the undead.

While I'm at it, let me make sure to clarify to the fishermen that my deal only encompasses service to me, and they are free to refuse anyone else at their pleasure.

Yishern, the headman of the village, straightens as Yared's influence washes over him. The headman shakes his head.

"Oh we have no troubles with guests here. Your lordship and companions are most welcome, and our Ulstanger friends deal with the occasional troublemaker or vagabond that comes by our shore."

The headman leans forward and whispers, "If you have any undesirables with you, I'm sure the Ulstranger's will make a deal. We have a couple locked up already, there should be a ship here soon. "

In the crowd, a weathered woman, dressed practically with many pouches and pockets, eyes the headman with strong distaste, and the perceptive godbound notice that many in the crowd also seem to share this opinion of the man.

Study the town in great detail - is there any damage visible, what sort of weapons are the citizens carrying, anybody else match the look of the Ulstanger who was pointed out to us, how many more boats are there, any farmland, any apparent troubles other than the Ulstanger and the crowd our arrival has caused?

As soon as the crowd disperses/loses focus enough to slip into it, the Wanderer goes right over to the weathered woman who is so obviously displeased with the headman and asks how she feels about the situation in town.

Yared suppresses his first instinct to order the arrest of the headman. This wasn't quite friendly territory, and he didn't have a ship's crew backing him up any more. "How did this arrangement come to be? The Ulstangers aren't known for friendly negotiations."

"Nice weather in these parts?" he asks with an amused smile.
