How is uncommon metal doing in "Superior metal rule"
« on: September 19, 2024, 01:02:20 am »

I can get some weapon and shield from monsters, but they are made of something like "pale metal".
How are these metals doing when against regular metal?

It is stronger than steel, but less dense. So good for edged weapons but bad for blunt ones.

Thanks!
So dense counts more when it counts to strike? Is a silver war hammer better than a steel mace?

Blunt weapons made of steel are similar in power to silver ones, because the slightly reduced density of steel is offset by it being way stronger.

Pale metal (and other strange metals found in gem pockets and volcanic walls) are a lot less dense than steel, so the strength does not offset it for blunt weapons.
