The game crashes when there is a goblin attack

Hello, I don't know why every time goblins attack my castle, whether I accept the negotiation request or not, the game crashes every time I try to save. I am using version 50.05.

Does anyone know the reason for sap? Thank.

Why are you on v50.05 the latest version is v50.13
