I was absolutely not bulletproof whatsoever.
This game was silly, I enjoyed it.

I don't think I'll be joining too many mafia games, but maybe if another BYOR shows up where I can submit something interesting.

Well, I'd like to run another FBYOR around November or December. In the meantime, if nobody else takes priority, I can put up my Mostly Vanilla Mafia 4 thread.

I killed ToonyMan with Tric's knife. I figured it was him and Oliverz if it wasn't Fallacy.

Well done,  :Dyou!  I strongly suspected you were pro-town.

No worries, I don't think it affected the game. Oliverz was probably getting lynched today yeah?

Good game everyone! And thanks for hosting!

Well done you too!  I would like a few more games with you when convenient, so I can learn to read you better!
Yeah I'd like to play again soon. I'll have to skip next month as I need to get back onto a schoolyear schedule, but afterwards I think I'll sign up for one. :)

The secret to reading me is, if I am agreeable, then I am probably scum!

But I think he was pro-town.  I entrusted him with a 1shot last night (tried to) without inspecting him.  I had better inspect targets.
Yep, I got that track. Thought it meant you investigated me, though.

And yeah, I was town.

Neat, so I was NOT roleblocked.  But my inspect on Oliverz failed.

And yeah, I very much wanted to see if you got the 1-shot or someone else did (would mean I was redirected, I think?) and if you claimed the 1-shot or avoided it.... but I think you'd claim it regardless of your alignment.  I thought you were very likely pro-town, and maybe had no way to target someone of your choice 'nicely'.  I could have given you something useful to use as intended (that's cool) or something to use to safely target me, in case you wanted to be 'counted'.  or for whatever you wanted to do with it.

Love how you played!   We lean towards things similar to BYOR.  Looking forward to the next time the game's Sky turns Vermilion for me!

That's exactly right, and it's why I hadn't been able to target you when you requested it (and I suspect that's what you were thinking, right?)
My starting actions were just the two nontarget phase-skips and then Tric gave me a kill.

I was absolutely not bulletproof whatsoever.
That's hilarious and I approve.

I was slow to catch on that you may not have a way to; I wasn't sure about Mater either.  As the days and claims added up, yep.

No huge benefit to having everyone target me though, except you guys get into a private chat that I'm not part of.  Figured you'd be extra useful there, also you're a good pick to replace the scum Oliverz or Toony whoever was scum cause I was gonna try and confirm and remove them, and wanted at least 3 'counted' at all times so words could get out.

Me this game!

Warehouse 13 (Town)

Welcome, Imp. You are Warehouse 13, an immortal sapient building. You are aligned with the Town, and therefore win when all Anti-Town factions are dead and at least one member of the Town is alive. But you’re a bit understaffed...

You have the following abilities:

(Auto) You’re Hired: Whenever another player acts on you, they become one of your Agents. Both of you are informed of this. All active Agents have access to Agentchat (but you do not, as you are a building). Agent status and Agentchat persist after your death.

(Night, Free) Entrust [t]: Bestow a random one-shot power from the following list: Watch, Inspect, Track, Give Fruit. If this targets an Agent, the power is Free.

(Night) Background Check [t]: Inspect the target. If they are an Agent, you additionally learn their role name.

(Night) Expel [t]: If the target is an Agent, then (as of the end of the night) they are no longer an Agent and the next time they target you, they are killed. They are informed of this.

Congratulations to Town, who probably would have won (there were no third parties). Town's daygame was sharp and Mafia had a really unlucky N1! Also, shoutouts to Crystalizedmire, who performed the same action all three nights only for it to fail in a unique way each time.

I'll post the full setup tomorrow.

BTW, hectoongeon was a pretty funny situation for me because all three of them managed to set off my player-specific alarm bells in their own separate ways, so there was no way I was letting that slide. I did think about killing Oliverz instead but it seemed easier to push that lynch.

Fallacy, I accept my part in that diversion too, but man.

I appreciate you killing Toony.  He was the least sus of those 3 to me, and I NEARLY switched my inspect to him (like it would have mattered) but I really didn't wanna kill him.

Oliverz was also very cute and fuzzy, and I'm glad game ended without me having to kill him either.

Yay, a mafia game where I didn't take part in killing anyone, and also didn't die.  Pacifist Imp!

man.  So, they tried to kill me, like, twice?  Really?  I am shocked.

Cerberus (Town)

Welcome, VermilionSkies. You are Cerberus, that great three-headed beast who needs no introduction! Ironic that you would be summoned from the netherworld into a situation so likely to return you to it! In any event, you are aligned with the Town. You win when all Anti-Town factions are dead and at least one member of the Town is alive.

You have the following abilities:

(Auto, 3-shot) Three Heads: You automatically protect yourself from an oncoming kill at the cost of a shot of this ability. If this ability runs out of shots, you die. You may act as many times per Phase as you have shots of this ability. You may use the same action multiple times per Phase.

(Night) Underworld Guardian [t]: Intercept kills aimed at the target (you die instead).

(Night) Spirit Harrier: At the end of the night, learn the targets and results (if any) of all dead players.
Here's my role that I almost entirely lied about!
Also, both AP/Hec/Toony and Oliver knew my role's name while 4mask was still alive.

Oh man.  Did you tell them?  I knew it too, was why I considered your claim about learning targets and results of dead players, that's a decent Cerebus thing.
