DFFD upload limit increased

Just a quick announcement, the upload file size limit on the DFFD has been raised from 500 MB to 1000 MB.

We had a user with a very long-historied savegame that was > 700 MB who couldn't upload it as a result, so Tarn and I decided at this point an increase to the file size limit of the DFFD was probably called for.
